A session includes first a dialogue with Masha where you share your challenges and what you need help with. You can also ask for guidance in your spiritual or personal path in transformation of consciousness and awakening.

The guidance assists in clearing deep, long term patterns, energetic charges from many lifetimes, blockages and knots in your energy field of unhealthy thought forms, belief systems or outdated perceptions inhibiting growth and keeping you in the perception of limitation. This method will help to clear up energy field, formed from our experiences, judgments, beliefs, and emotions.

This session also could serve a prayer assistance purpose.
