The word meditation either electrifies your soul or confuses your mind. When we look at the tangled web we weave of what meditation means as a part of our wellness we often have misconstrued concepts of weаther or not we could benefit from mediation at all. Meditation is a time proven technology used for eons to align ourselves with the best version of who we are meant to be.

 

As easy as you can breathe, with proper instruction and guidance you can meditate. Naturally we over complicate the simplicity of meditating. The truth is any and everyone can benefit from meditation.  

 

It's time to switch focus from medication to meditation in order to truly support your highest good and healthiest life. Allow yourself the opportunity to a holistic approach to healing and wellness.

 

Join us weekly at the U.S. Siddha Center for a movement inward, together as a community, with the intention to reclaim ourselves, our peace and our truth. Masha Penson a well known wisdom teacher seamlessly guides us as we learn to meditate with grace through powerful vibrational tools that eradicate old error patterning and blockages that convince us time and time again we are less than the entire universe.
